The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the breathtaking view of the hills from our room. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of the on-site car park and the free shuttle service, which made exploring the surrounding area a breeze. The hotel also had a great range of leisure facilities, such as a game room and a hot spring bath, which provided us with ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area between the mountains and is easy to reach by public transport. The hotel provides shuttle bus services, and taxis are available on request. The hotel offers numerous facilities for families with children and large rooms that are comfortable and spacious. There are many nearby tourist places that you can visit by hiring a bicycle. Onsen hot bath both indoors and outdoors are available for all guests.

What a great time I had staying at this hotel for Christmas! The first thing I loved was the spacious room, clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The other highlight was the onsen, both indoor and the outdoor ones, which was very relaxing after a day of activities. The location was perfect as it was close to the ski resort and we enjoyed views of the mountains. The snow-covered landscape was so picturesque! breakfast was delicious and filling, with a good variety of options.

The downside was that transportation was a bit tricky during Christmas holidays. The hotel was not very accessible, so we had to take multiple modes of transportation and walk quite a bit to get around.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel had a good location and was near the city center. The staff was friendly and always eager to answer any questions we had.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there were hairs on the floor. the Wi-Fi was very slow and hardly worked most of the time.

Wonderful location with stunning views of Mount Fuji and Southern Alps. Spacious rooms with magnificent Mount Fuji views. Great breakfast buffet and Izakaya with variety of good food. Excellent onsen hot bath. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to station.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was exceptional - friendly and accommodating. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and the Southern Alps. It was also very easy to get to from the train station.
